A super production from Technnoraid workshop. At first glance it is recognisable by the trade mark color used, grey, most appreciated by this preparatory of 4×4. The Hummer H1 is not one of those parked on the “Champs Elysées” nor in front of night clubs.
The H1 is not one to climb pavements but prefers sand dunes and cross country driving in remote areas.
Proof is, the Hummer H1 took place in the Transafricain 2006, and the Raid Hummer of Tunisia.

The Hummer H1 is fitted with Goodyear Wrangler MT (military version OZ) en 37 x 12.5 x 16.5. Due to the weight, 3T8!! the engine had to be upgraded, therefore, Technoraid first installed an American AGR kit which gave them an extra160 bhp to the V8 turbo Diesel 6.5l which previously “only” did 205 bhp. And trust me, having the chance to be sitting as copilot, it has some kind of Vavavooom Vroom!!
Following the engine modifications, this year, the gear box and transfer box will be up rated to reinforced ones. This is necessary because of the new power output.
The suspension is going to be improved, as well, by using öhlins shock absorbers.
To take part in rallies and 4×4 raids the Hummer has been fitted with extras :
_an extra 70l tank
_water tank and shower
_fitted trunks by using Front Runner drawers
internal roll cage
_a roof rack to have the 3rd spare wheel, with a 4 headlight ramp by Light Force
4 Sparco buckets
terratrip, compass, GPS
Surprising as it may seem there is little seating room in a Hummer, as you can see in the photo taken from the copilot seat.
